We guarantee you’ll receive the product you ordered, and we encourage you to order scent samples. The cost of all samples will be credited back to you when you order.
What’s in our guarantee?
- Artwork – we’ll wait for your final approval on a proof before we begin manufacturing, and we guarantee the product you receive will match the design and size you approved.
- Scent – we encourage you to order scent samples before making a final decision, and we guarantee the scent you receive will be the scent you ordered.
- Manufacturer defect – Your order is checked for quality both during and after manufacture. In the unlikely event your air fresheners arrive defective or damaged, we will gladly replace them.

- Email [email protected]rs.net within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Please include clear photos of your damaged or defective product.
- We’ll issue an RMA and you’ll send your products back to us.
- Your perfect, replacement products will arrive within days.
If what you get is not what you ordered, we will do everything we can to make things right.
However, as these are customized products, we can’t accept returns if:
- You received the air freshener scent you ordered but you don’t like it.
- You received the design and size you ordered but determine it doesn’t fit your needs.
- You change your mind about your order.
- The products have been used.
Samples are an important part of the process
Samples are the way to make sure you order the best product to fit your needs. Scents are hard to describe on a website, but it’s easy to be confident about your choice when you’ve smelled it for yourself. The cost of any samples you order is credited toward your final purchase. That means free!
